I ship out all goodies typically on Fridays from my home base in the Appalachian mountains. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its merry way! I do try to get orders out within 7 days of purchase. If you have pre-ordered or purchased a custom-made-to-order piece -- it's usually about a week+ turn around before I'm able to ship. If you need your order before a certain date, please email me. If your order will take longer, I will email you!

Not right now - I ran into issues with International Shipping last year. Please shoot me a message if you are interested in an international order!

My packaging is as sustainable as possible. I use recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials whenever I can — yes, you may get a chewy box. I'd rather use what I've got! >> Yes, I will use necessary packaging for orders with glass or other breakables.

All sales are final since our items are handmade or small-batch—but if something arrives damaged or you’re unhappy for any reason, please email us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to make it right 💖 >> If there is something that can be restocked, you will pay for shipping it back to me.

Totally! Wiggle by Numbers is made for beginners and seasoned creatives alike. Just follow the colors and let your inner child lead! I typically suggest to stick to the kits with lower # of colors! The Hot Springs edition is only 14 colors - making it a great beginner piece 💕

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen — but your kit will include the most current color updates and we always tweak things to look ✨just right✨. NOTE: A lot of the paints that I use are not right out of the bottle! There will be slight hue differences kit to kit as I mix by hand. This just makes each piece a little more special!
